Honestly, if these did not give me such bad insomnia, it would not be so bad. I could not initiate and maintain good restful sleep while taking them and that is why it made it hard for me to workout, study and other things.

Oh well. You live and learn. Even after I stopped, I can still tell it is kinda in my system. It has been 3 days since I stopped. I hope I get back to normal soon!

I got my first box from a friend who orders them from a parent company in China and they worked great. I paid 35 for my box. I too saw the cheaper ones online and so I decided to purchase from them instead. The foil looked only slightly different, but did not work at all. I was constantly hungry. I ended up throwing the box away and then just purchasing directly through my friend. There are a lot of counterfeits out there, which can be dangerous to your health. There are also 2 different types of this product. One that is made for sale outside of China and one that is made for sale in China. Mine are the ones made for sale in China, and they work great. I lost 20 lbs my first month and now I take them every 2-3 days. These also are not the Super Slim Pomagranate pills warned by the FDA....their box is different and comes from Japan. Be careful! Chinese Medicine is a great thing, but there are a lot of people who just want to make money and they don't care what they send you!

I have started ss pills on sept 17th 2009 and after the first box i lost 18-19 lbs. i was super happy with my results and i felt more engerized. Now when i bought my second box i noticed.. no dry mouth.. hungry not so much but i would crave something if i saw it... not many of the same symptoms.. such as losing weight! i did maintain the weight pretty easy never did anything change on the scale, but guessing that this box did look different making its the fake ones everyone talks about so much. so after 10 days of the second box i ordered the super pomegrante ( advanced)bc i was frustrated i need to get off atleast 25-30 more pounds. it looks like a new box.. everything is in english. I opened up the pills to to if they were the same, they were different colored shaded capsules and the powder was lighter. I decided even though i took the old one this morning and it wasnt doing anything might as well take the new one and see what happens. I took the new 3rd box pill and i noticed later on in the day when i was personal training and demonstrating the workout, that i was gettting sever dry mouth again! i know dry mouth isnt good but i was happy that i was because it meant it was working some what! I started at 200 lbs. oct 17th now i am 181 lbs size 12-10. I lift really heavy weights for the past year and i can deadlift 245 lbs and front squat 145lbs. I am pretty strong my skin is tight unlike weightloss with just cardio. i would like to get down to 155-150 lbs and get really lean and cut with heavy weight lifting

I too ordered the super advanced and have not received them yet. did you order on amazon? if not where? Would you mind letting us know how they work over time? I am curious to see if there is a difference.I hope these will knock off my last pounds as well....again, congrats!!

MIM i got them on amazon by Herbal slim. I will def let you know if they started working, constant dry mouth, its like the same as when i did the first box. But its day 2 on this one. I hope by day 7 ill come back and let you know!

Congrats to all of you who have lost some unwanted pounds on this product. Will someone please post the ingredients? I can't believe it actually lists Amphetimine as an ingredient. If it contains Guarana, that's a natural caffiene, and people with Hypertension or High Blood Pressure should think twice before taking it. I would be leary of taking any pill that gives you the symptoms of dizziness and being amped up. Guarana can burn out your Adrenal Glands when taken for long periods of time. This product might be a good start for your weight loss; however, changing eating habits from fast food to healthy home cooked foods and exercise will keep the weight off.

yesterday was my first day taking the super slim. I seriously thought I was going to pass out! I took it thinking nothing is gonna happen so i went to the mall. By the time I got home, I started feeling sick. It's almost like I wanna faint and dizzy at the same time. I got up this morning and the first I did was to find reviews about this product...man oh man...it seems like everyone has the same side effects. I'm probably not going to take this after all.

I found the ingredients list, but it doesn't say how many mg of Caffeine is in it. That would be worth knowing.
