Nutrition sticks, fad diets fade

Q: The year is nearly half over and I still have not started my resolution to get healthy and lose weight.

Why haven't you started, i did and I've lost 73 pounds already! If I were you, I'd start that resolution now.

Don't think about using any of the fad diets, not even counting your carbs, just eat what you have been known to be healthy and excersize daily... and make going to the gym fun! Go with a family member, or a friend, someone who will keep your energy up instead of getting frustrated and quitting.

i like food... food is good...umm umm food...i dont like all types of food just the unhealthy foods... healthy foods are bad for u coz the dont taste good...diets sux...food is cool and is my best friend. it comforts me in good, bad and depressing times... ilove food...
