I have had the honor of meeting Chef Lagassi in R.I. Not only was he down to earth. When I told him I was the Coplay-Whitehall area, He was very knowlegable about the area. Sieples farms,The Allentown & Quakertown farmers market etc...Fortunatley people now have an option over Emerils Chop House. Which has awsome fodd but is pricey to say the least. Good luck to both reasturants. I do not gamble but will visit the eating establishments again!

Will they have drive thru ? Did you see the size of that Pastrami sandwich.
Thats about 3 days for one and can feed a family of four? Pastrami, cole slaw and rolls are pretty cheap at Giant for what you'll be paying |

I heard that Pastrami sandwitch is huge, and around $18.00
If I were to eat there I would choose this get about 4 meals out of it. |

I was there and you do get enough meat for four normal sandwiches. It is tasty but it is something to experience it and not eat there regularly because it is way too expensive. |

I still have not gotten a chance to check these restaurants out yet, but will one of these days. I'm curuios of how much of a crowed they attract. I'm all for this money being pet towards college grants, it's very expensive, the kids can use all the help they can get.
