Is this the same owner that owned the previous 2 places that went out of business?

I believe so. I'm not going to even bother this time. Three strikes and you're out.

I wondered the same thing. Does anyone know for sure? The last time my wife an I were in there, it was the Deli, and was on a week night. We were a little late and when we started to leave the front door was locked and we had to get him to unlock it. I mentioned that locked front doors were a fire violation and he said it was ok because a side door was open. A real jerk! I should have reported him.

This place is definitely worth checking out, tons of wing flavors and a great happy hour.. 1.50 domestics and a $4.50 pub grub menu. hope they last after so many disappointing ventures there. cheers.

I was never to any of the other places that this place was before but the wings were great with tons of flavors to choose from! Service could be better, but wasnt too bad. I would definitely go back & recommened.

This place is miles better than Zing's or any of the other incarnations this restaurant used to be.
Your experience will depend on the bartender. If Liz, Nicky, or Bethany are tending bar, you'll get great service and good conversation. The older girl with glasses doesn't seem to know what she's doing and is, at times, rude.
The wings are outstanding with a bunch of sauces you don't normally see. I haven't found anything else on the menu that I love, but if you're in the mood for wings, this is the place for you!

I liked Wally's when it first opened. They had more on the menu then they do now. They removed some good stuff like the crab cake sandwich, smoked beef brisket. Now it's going down hill, in my opinion. Last time my hubby and I were in there, we waited about 45 minutes for a cold, tasteless cheese steak and a sandwich that was missing half the stuff I asked for. Service was awful and unfortunately, so was the food. Just keeping it real. The wings are good, and thats the only reason we'd go back.
