It's on Merrick Rd & near Rt. 107 in Massapequa. Don't forget to get a vanilla shake to dunk your fries in...pure heaven!

That is if you were talking about All American Burger, it's the only place worth mentioning around there that I remember.

The place in Merrick is the Pit Stop on Sunrise Highway. Great burgers and homemade fries.

The place mentioned last week along side the Bobby Flay Story is called Burger 9point5 on Merrick Ave. The Burgers, Fries, and Onion Rings are INCREDIBLE

I thought the burger was average at best, and am a bit surprised it's still even open. I do second the fries comment, they were quite good. My wife and I went about two months ago, 8:00 on a Saturday night and were the only two people there. The owner served us. Nice guy actually.

Don't order the mozzarella sticks if you expect to be served mozzarella sticks. We had no idea what they were.

Try Union Park Cafe in Oceanside for a much superior burger.

i am visiting long island(where i grew up), very excited to hear of Bobby Flay's new burger place. well stop right there! there's nothing to get excited about. i could go on and on but i'll give you my main gripe. you can't order your burger medium rare or rare!! medium only. and medium meant well done, dry and tasteless. i know many places will cook only medium and well but come on?? it was bad. WAKE UP Bobby!!

barefoot peddler in greenvale has a good one if your looking for a good pub burger.
fast food, all-american is second to none. get the double double with cheese.

Taby's in Oyster Bay. Still the best burger on Long Island. By far.

Why haven't you listed Cheeburger in Plainview! It is so worth the trip!
You are missing out!

I live near Cheeburger and tried to go there often since its near many places I do errands. The service is s-l-o-w and the burgers are not so super. Ill go when I have a coupon and about an hour and a half to spare, but thats rare!
