That being said the Cave Man Neanderthin diet is Atkins without the Ketosis. Fruits, meats, REAL pemmican salads, veggies, water eggs. Undercooked game meats best. Avoid milk. DRAMATIC reversals of obesity and type 2 diabetes. |
