Does someone actually pay this broad to tell people taco salad, mac and cheese and fried onions are fattening?

Skip dessert and take home leftovers; that way you don't eat all the calories in one day.

Don't forget anything from Taco Bill or McDonalds, possibly the worst things you can put in your body!

If all these things are bad for you, then why are they FOOD?

The giant onion thing at Outback is great. I don't care how bad it is for you, I don't eat like that every day.

Anyone who CAN afford to eat that way every day probably has adequate health insurance anyway. So why worry?

I've seen 2 lists similar to this on news websites lately. Seems like most of it was paraphrased from one of the lists, but without references as to which restaurant/food chain they're found at, and the actual nutritional info for each.

What's funny is, I would be willing to bet this woman is ATLEAST 25-30 lbs. overweight.

Always cracks me up how Doctors and hospitals will point their chubby little fingers at a smoker, but refuse to look in the mirror and see how much good those curly fries are doing them.

Always makes me want to say, Hullo Pork Rind, look in the mirror lately? I might be a smoker but you don't see me chasing down the Ice Cream truck guy, now do ya?

Oh well, last I heard was, we all die of soemthing!

I can't believe that people are so ignorant that they truly think the foods listed above are healthy. No wonder people are getting fatter and fatter!

I often tell some less than interested persons in conversation, at least in most places of the US.....

If the restaurant is near the Suburban areas, or in a strip mall, you don't want to eat there....

For those of you in the Akron area; if it's in Fairlawn, it's not too good for you. Macaroni Grill and Chili's is perenially listed as the worst foods to eat.....just my views....

Well someone needs to tell all the fat-asses in the USA that the junk they're eating is making them look like whales.
