and multi-vitamin supplements do NOT provide 100 percent in most cases. the only one that does, is the one for pregnant women.
and calcium pills only can do so much.
plus adult humans have evolved to needing milk just as much as one's offspring. since it is a good source of nutrients our bodies need.
