Misha's cupcakes are not worth writing an article about. They are very sweet and the icing has a gross milky after taste.

we need more cupcakes in south FLA. I am not a fan of LIX or Misha's cupcakes. I rather eat Publix. Misha's cupcakes taste very greasy. She should use less oil then they might be edible. Does anyone know where I can get some good cupcakes in this city? I do not mind paying a high price for good quality cupcakes, but I cannot spend money on something that looks or taste like Lix's or Misha's cupcakes

I went to 2 different parties over the weekend and on both Friday and Saturday night they had Misha's Cupcakes and I have to say they were the best cupcakes I have ever had in my life and I have been to bakeries all over. I think they were definitely "worth writing an article about."

The best cupcakes are right here in coral gables at Buttercrean cupcakes. They are the first cupcakes shop in coral gables and the south miami area. I have entered heaven when I was eating the red velvet, and the plain delicious vanilla. Misha's cupcakes stand no chance they are very undercooked and taste like she takes short cuts with the ingredients.

I am cupcake obsessed and have tried numerous cupcake companies from NYC to Miami and LA and my recommendations in Miami:
Misha's Cupcakes - amazing amazing flavor Sweeties Cupcakes - amazing flavor AND custom design at an amazing price with delivery available! Buttercream Cupcakes - Great flavor also, but price is a little higher. Store front in So. Miami. Good coffee. Sugar Girl Bakeshop - Good basic cupcake in different flavors. Price is good too. I like Misha's, but give anything for any cupcake from The Cupcake Bistro. They only deliver at the moment but wow! heavenly explosion of the cupcake and that amazing buttercream or cream cheese frosting. The prices are very reasonable too.

I love Misha's although they tend to be very dense and moist. I really like Buttercream Cupcakes but sometimes their cake is overcooked. I prefer moist and dense. Also, Buttercream's red velvet is not the traditional red velvet because it doesn't appear to have any cocoa and they don't frost it with the traditional cream cheese frosting. Honestly, it's good but it's not red velvet. It tastes like a red vanilla cake.

The best cupcakes in Miami are by far from "Heavenly Cupcakes" They have several flavors and custom designs. They're designs are off the charts true works of art and the taste amazing!

Have you ever tried Chocolat Tango's gourmet cupcakes? They are also in Miami. I came across their website on MySpace, asked for a menu and ordered a dozen of their white chocolate raspberry cupcakes. I am out of state, which made me a little skeptical of ordering but the cupcakes arrived in very good quality and good taste as well. Just thought to share! |
