I`m always concerned when people with limited backround that hand out advice! Good balanced nutrition @ interval,cardio, weight training is the sound long turn @ adhearant lifestyle! Perfessional fitness life coach! Stop kidding yourselfs past age 20 it has to be a life style FULL TIME! 5 days a week ! 1 hour a day i get the results from my clients the ones who subscribe to my regime!

This girl is full of beans, she tries to teach classes she is not certified in. 27yrs....I don't think so.
