I must admit I expected more dignity coming from Bar-babs book because she is supposed to be the woman who opened doors for the women journalists.
But it just goes to show you they all are some sad sick women.

Star continues to amaze me because she too was another person who had clout and supposedly black pride, and she has fell from grace with lies and pettiness over a wedding with a gay man which was over-rated! I also never understood and still don't why she felt she had to lie about her operation to loose weight she at least was trying to do something for her health? But again she is a sick phoney, petty star as well it seems the only women that have it going on in the talk show business is Oprah and Ellen and Oprah too is going down with her attachment of Dr. Phil.

And we all thought Barbara was so innocent. What a hypocrite.

Barbara is coming out of the closet because of her book. She likes to be in the limelight, and all the glory. Oprah wants to promote Obama, so that is why she agreed. Barbara is old, she does not care what anyone thinks. And I bet Oprah would marry Stedman if she had the chance. Star got plenty of publicity and she probably planned to loose the weight and tell about it later. All they care about is ATTENTION.... then they will turn around and whine about the papparatzi.... Don't we feel sorry ? No, they wanted publicity
now deal with it.

Star and Barbara are full of themselves, but I don't blame Star for responding to her remarks about her.
Yes it was time for Star to leave the View she had gotten out of touch with the fan base and it was exhausting hearing about her engagement and tacky hearing about her wedding parade every day, but if I were an overweight, older woman that finally found someone to marry I'd be overzealous too.
I understand why the View terminated her, but I think the way they did it was very mean-sprited. Especially because they expected Star to stay smiling to the end as if nothing was wrong. Well it all backfired on Barbara when Star decided to leave on her own terms. Then Rosie ending up being a PR disaster.
Barbara is a miserable old woman and Star has more soul searching to do.

Who really gives a crap what this aged dinosaur does. She is seeking publicity now, letting everyone know that she excludes no minority from her sexual affairs. Nor does she exclude women.

Walters is known to be very diversified and proud of it.

Yes. Barbara says she contacted former Senator Brooks and told him she was writing about their affair in her book and he said it was okay.

She should have contacted him before she wrote about it. She says he is happily remarried. How much you want to bet she was hoping to rekindle the old affair and he told her he wasn't interested!

All I can say is, if she was going to write a book about her life, then why not tell all? I do think she could have told about her affair without naming the person. I think the story made good reading and gave us insight about who she is, without having to out the person, who the affair was with.

Save your money. Buy something else instead.

In "developments" like these fame and notoriety are constantly shading into one another. Publicity is all.

Star Jones is just pissed because this is the ONLY press she can get now. She's a has been,and completely out of the public light. As for Bab's. jeez I expect anyone that has to travel and be as far from home as she is all the time to have affairs. I know I sure would. Monogamy is for suckers.
