So What you think about Gay and Lesbian Adoption?

I know some of you may feel differently about this topic ... but how do feel about gay and lesbian adoption?

I believe that your sexuality is your own and you have the right to be a homosexual, but in today's society should a homosexual couple be able to adopt? Does bringing up a child in a homosexual environment mean that the child will inturn become a homosexual? Everyday we speak about the problems children face when it comes to race and colour, should having two moms or dads be an issue accepted? We are slowly accepting mixed races as a society, maybe in a few decades a child with 2 moms will be normal and in the process of acceptance.

I don't think that there is anything wrong with homosexuals adopting. The chance of the children turning gay are just the same as heterosexual parent s and there children turning gay or lesbian. There are so many children in need of loving home, and these families can provide that for them. Denying them that is only making a longer wait for these children with no home. So yes, I believe homosexuals should be able to adopt.

i think that people who are gay/lesbien should not be able to adopt because of that fact that in the bible it says to honor they mother and they fother not thy mom and thy mom or they dad and thy dad.
wich says the 5th commmandment.

so thats what i believe.
and also that children who are adopted are most likely able to be used for molestation and sexual practice.
and the children arnt relle gonna have a say in what goes on in the home.

so its not fair to them.
so it should not be legal.

I say, why not?
Theres nothing wrong with it at all.
Although, if they do allow this, I want them to allow single parent adoption.

There is no evidence that concludes that a homosexual couple will be bad parents. I mean there is no such thing as the perfect family. And in the fact of the matter where people state "An adoptive child in a homosexual environment will most likely turn out gay", think about where a gay or lesbian comes from. a straight couple. So wheres the justice in having that opinion? Clearly the only BIG things that matters in a family is love and understanding. And don't you think a homosexual couple is good at both? From being the minority in the group to being in different gender roles, a gay or lesbian would have a better grasp at this.
