Convicted killer Nashon Williams offers apology in teen shooting

Just before he was sentenced to 47 years to life in prison Thursday, Nashon Williams tearfully apologized for killing another teenager in a shootout in front of Birmingham High School.

I agree 100%! It should have been first degree murder due to being involved with gangs. Gangs kill, therefore if you kill, you planned it. LIFE in the pokey getting poked.

Maybe you should hear more of the story first. All of the evidence in this trial is completely wrong. The jury was in complete confusion and even the judge knew of that. Andre Harvey isnt even in a gang and he is being held as well. Nashon is very remorseful but its not because he was caught, its because he is now serving a sentence he doesnt deserve.
