The problem here is just what you state about the academy. Too many Rookies, all out to prove they will do as they please. The citizens of Cape Coral are being overly policed and injustice is being served at an alarming rate. They are too quick to stroke that pen and give no thought to the consequences or the lives they are ruining in the process. In effect no sympathy training, how sad. Action from the public needs to be taken.
