Death is too good for this man if he is proven guilty. Let him live in prison, and with other prisoners who have contempt for this type of crime and let hime live every day remembering what he has done

He probably had a girlfriend on the side and the wife and kids were getting in the way. Maybe he will rethink his actions when he burns in hell.

He is more likely to die of old age, after eating three squares for 30 years, than he is of "getting what he deserves." The courts have been so liberalized over the years that it has nothing to do with justice anymore.

I'm puzzled at why the article says he was charged with 8 murders.

his kids were shot twice his wife shot once they all died and he was only shot in the thigh? He should have been a prime suspect right away. I hope he gets what he deserves. quickly

If guilty, swing him from a lampost with a good rope. Then feed the remains to the buzzards.

What a chicken-shit! This reminds me of a case in Boston in the eighties, where the husband shot his wife then barely nicked himshelf, then blamed it two black men. His brother in-law turned him in. They should Christopher Vaughn twice then leave him there to die.

i think they should give him life in prison without the posibility of parole.this way he can suffer each and every day for what he has done...giving him the death penalty would be letting him off to easy.....trust and believe in prison he will find his match, alot of people there will wait for his arrival, and he will literally get it taken out of his azz!!!

Maybe... but our tax dollars will provide food, shelter and medical expenses until his death. I don't know about you but I can think of many other ways for my taxes to be spent. Furthermore, people might think twice about committing murder and rape if they knew they would be hung on the courthouse lawn for committing such a crime.
