Inaccurate labels stigmatize city kids

Most lower class parents in the city don't raise their children to respect, because they can't respect themselves. people in the city are like "monkeys without tales." they just hang on the streets selling drugs and shooting one another. the city needs a camp for these people.

I think a lot of the problem is some of the parents don't know where babies come from. They must still think it is from dirty toilet seats. Maybe they don't realize sex does it; that pregnancy just happens, like breathing. I'm amazed when I see three generations of a family all under 40. I guess they think having a baby is a bodily function like taking a dump. And the baby is treated accordingly.

It's amazing to me that so many people missed the point here. A large number of taxpayer dollars are paid every year to DJS employees who fail to do their jobs. THAT'S WHY THE SAVAGES/THUGS/DUCKS/ETC ACT THE WAY THEY DO!
If the DJS Probation Officers, Caseworkers or whatever their called these days would do what they're paid to do, than Baltimore's streets wouldn't be so dangerous.
You see, the parents refuse watch their kids. The people we pay to watch them (DJS) are sitting in their offices, outside smoking, or sneaking away to get their nails done so BALTIMORE IS "DEVIL'S ISLAND". I could care less if the kids are black or white, but I do care about GREEN (money) and I am tired of those LAZY DJS employees getting paid to do nothing while these kids are killing people. Why blame the parents-THEY DON'T CARE! But hell yes we can blame those in DJS who we pay $40,000 -$120,000 a year to care. They should all be forced to work in two shifts-4pm to 12am or 12am to 8am when the kids are running the streets-not the 8am to 4pm banker's hours they work now. Either the crime rate would go down or there would be a 100% employment vacancy rate in DJS because those people would quit if they were forced to actually work for a living like the rest of us.

I reiterate what I stated that this woman is a pathetic soul tortured by guilt and sees all these poor black men as victims. The only real victims in baltimore are the whites and black victims of black male criminal predation.

She sickens me, her heart cries out for the criminal and nothing for their victims.

I have an ability to size up a person in several seconds and i'm right about her and you too Westmonster.

Live in baltimore and be victimized by your own breed.

Oh and by the way, the two yoots who were gunned down this morning, I haven't seen their names and don't know their criminal records, want to bet that the two homicide victims were thugs with extensive and or pending serious felony records?

I guess because black men kill each other it's my fault as a white male.

I'm tired of it, you watch, Obama your Messiah is going to lose becasue there are millions of white males who won't vote for him November.

That is my goal, another Republican in the White House.

And Margie, you too are a fool. These kids are not "animals". They have no parental guidance (50% of African American males grow up without a father figure) and see little hope for legitimate economic or social advancement. The whole idea is to invest in making them productive members of society today so we don't have to pay for their incarceration tomorrow.
Programs aimed at reforming kids at a young age have been shown to produce very positive effects, and they will help keep these kids off the street, so they won't grow into adults on the street where they cause real problems (or at least more serious ones).

The true criminals are the parents who fail to responsible guide their children. Oh, that's right, it's just poor single mom who is raising them.

Any investment should be in birth control. That'll resolve the problem up front. Do not have more children than you can provide for and supervise.

I am shocked at the numbers of very young children out on the street without adult supervision after dark. In my day, the streetlights went on and you got your rear home or there was a belt waiting for you. Every kid in the neighborhood ran like a demon was after him/her to get to the house before the folks realized the lights were on. And you never, EVER were out of sight of house. If your mother or father looked out the window and didn't see you right off, you were in a world of hurt.

They are lawless bums because they aren't raised right. Their uncles and fathers acted the same way. They have no shame at breaking the law, going to juvie or going to prison. They just plain do not process life the way the majority of middle-class America does. Getting arrested is just a rite of passage for them. America is past being fed up with it all.

I'd love to invite you to try and survive for a half hour in the world that I work in and see how you do. Your problem is that you are blaming the wrong people....blame the people who have these children and then do nothing for them....

Another thing, stop making this a race issue. I am referring to all "misguided" youth of all races.
Bitter you ask?, my father was almost killed for $100 in the middle of the afternoon by one of these youth. Fortunately, all that happened was that they stuck a gun in his side and knocked him to the ground. It's good to see how much respect the have for a 65 year old man.
You can take your righteous attitude and go straight to hell. You want to help these dirty animals, go right ahead, but let's at least wall them off so the rest of us evil, uncaring, self-centered people who love our own families and friends can live in relative safety.
