Combating Female Circumcision

The line between "village lore" and shar'ia is vague at best.

george, I take it that this verse is a Hadith, so not all Muslims will accept it.

Islam haters always bring these sorts of news ,they keep repeating them again and again in order to delude people.
But the truth is
Female Circumcision is never done in the name of Islam. It’s part of those cultures, not Islamic and not even Arabic, if it was Islamic why people here are not doing it, we don't even know what female circumcision is unless we hear about it from kafirs or Islamophopics and you are contradicting yourselves when you think that Muslims are obsess with the hymen and virginity and at the same time they are circumcising their girls, how is that! Circumcision could damage the hymen when it's done by an ignorant and incompetent person like uneducated Muslims women. Right?
The truth is that Muslims protect and love their girls SO MUCH they won't allow such dangerous acts, female circumcision is a barbaric act and it has nothing do with Islam.

Does shar'ia have nothing to do w/Islam? The truth is that it has everything to do w/Islam.

Although shar'ia derives from ancient Arab tribal laws, it has become the method by which the Qu'ran is interpreted in Islamic courts; in a similar way, female circumcision has become part of Islam even though it existed before the time of Mohammed.

The activist is obviously a Muslim woman.

She deneys that facts even though a Muslim is reporting it. So Sarah, is she lying?

But the Daily Mail either doesn't know or doesn't care to know about such Islamic justifications for this practice. Yet as long as they remain unconfronted, this barbarity will continue.

You are correct. Female circumsion is a tribal practice that pre-dates Islam. Islam treasures its female and has in a time when European women and then American women were denied rights to themselves and to inherit handle their own finances, etc...

No, the facts show that you are misinformed. There is no such thing as a circumcision in Islam neither on a bor nor a girl, this is pagan ritual, not Quranic.

You dont know there doing it because they hush it up the only people they want knowing are the people who belive in it so they dont advertise the fact that it's going on but it is probably every country these people travel to have people who will perform this mutilation to young women there wer some somalians who lived in britain who were subjected to it just because you haven't heard of anyone having it done doesn't mean it's not happening
