Does anyone find it sad that this supposedly great mom is trashing her children's father in public when she could just as easily had a closed court case? She is obviously just doing this for the publicity. I think it is sick how she walks in and out of court everyday with a big smile on her face for the cameras while trashing her ex for her kids and kids friends to see. Great example. She doesnt care about anything but getting her old face on TV. What a piece of trash. No wonder shes had 4 husbands. Typical "look at me" ex-model. garbage. and wrinkly.

So many people jealous of this woman. The trial is open because Cook did not want to settle out of court, and Christie wants to keep was is rightfully hers, her money. This guy thinks because he gave her real estate advice that it entitles him to her money/investments. He is a gold digger. It is the same concept when a woman marries a man for his money. She is a good mom, when Joel was having all his car accidents she would not allow Alexa to get in a car with him, AND she gets along great with her ex Billy Joel. As much as some of you hate her, she and Joel have a great friendship. I'm sure Alexa is happy about that. Too many people jealous of this woman, but I can see why. She is beautiful, and 54 years of age, how many woman look like her and live in a $30 million dollar mansion by the water. Its all jealousy, just like her soon to be ex, Cook. He is jealous of her too just like many people posting here. Lets see, what was it again that Cook was doing in front of the web cam, oh, I remember now, he was spanking the monkey. Is that right? AND he was Gold Club Member for some online Degenerate's club, is that right?

Money does not equal happiness. She has been married multiple times.
Brinkley was the one doing the cheating in past marriages so why is it so evil now that she was the one on the other end?
She is dragging her children and their right ot privacy so she could selfishly be in the public eye again since nobody cares about her home gym infomerical with Chuck Norris.
The more money people have the more money they need to live and they have less morals each time they seek it.
Please Christy Brinkley became a nobody a long time ago and just can't a grasp reality imbetween botox sessions.

1) This is the 4th day of the trial not the third, as Newsday has reported.

2) The Court was not in session on Friday, since it was the 4th of July, a Federal holiday. Again Newsday reported this piece of information erroneously.

I was at the Court briefly last Thursday and saw more news media trucks than anyone could imagine, but not CNN. There were two media trucks that were unmarked.

Mr. Cook walked passed my car and he was laughing it up and joking around all the way to his car with the court officers who were escorting him to his car. This is in spite of the fact that when he testified earlier in the day he was reported to be crying. Well, he didn't look very upset to me!

I found it very odd that he was being escorted out by a bunch of court officers to his car. Very odd, at least to me.

He looked as if he had lost a lot of weight, because his suit looked two sizes too big for him.

He didn't strike me as a nice person at all.
