Is there a double standard when it comes to hate crimes?

Its plain as day. Blacks are the most racist people in America. I grew up in that area. I am from southakron and I had a tough time as a white kid living in that kind of envoirment. APD is not ready to rule this even though witness acounts knew its racial tone that was used by the attackers. 50-60 black tennagers and a white family of 7. I bet if it was a white mob of 50-60 teenagers and a black family Sharpton , Jackson and the media would be licking this story from toe to toe.It would be a hate crime and there would be a community outrage. Even the Christian and Newsome murders where not ruled a hate crime even though it was. They were car jacked . He was burned shot and sodimized. The girl was raped over a two day period and chemicals were poured into her orfices to conceal dna evidence. Her rectum was torn due to a broom handle and they found her body stuffed in tha trash can. Not hate they say. Lets all feal bad for the black man. I say fuck the black man. When I was a kid at Walter J Innes middle school I was jumped on my way home for nothing. 6 black kids from my school. There was no investigation. No suspensions and a couple weeks later after school was out for the summer me and about 4 other friends of mine including my best friend big Nate
got there asses back in a horrible fashion. We took a few teeth we knocked out and had them clasped into a charm for our necklaces. They never fucked with us agian. They aint shit one on one or on a even ground. We beat them like the cowards they were.

Same here. As a white kid in a city school I was assaulted, robbed, and racially harassed daily by blacks who called me "white boy".
It is plain as day that blacks are extremely racist. The sheltered white liberal will not understand until they experience what the Marshalls did. Even then some do not quite get it.
Having lived around blacks for years it is plainly obvious what complete and total racists they are.

Secondly, if this is a hate crime, then it becomes a FEDERAL crime! Which is why Plusquellic is asking the FBI to investigate (which he is required to do).

I just wanted to put in my 2 bits here & let all you armchair ISP captains of bravery know that at current as we enjoy our first amendment right here on topix, here in the park- all is currently well. Kids are playing in the street, skateboards & balls. Pedal bike races, parents yelling out their kids names to be home before dark. Dogs being walked. People are fearful here, & I don't like that aspect. I myself am not. This is still a good neighborhood with plenty of good people. Bad things do happen here-& this incident shook many. But They are going to do the right thing. & its a process, process of law.
