They should be allowed to wear their "gangsta garb" to school! They are entitled to do what they want to do! It is not my fault I don't know who my daddy is!

Write the contract, sign it properly. We will teach how failing gets a reward in McKeesport! That's the message for residents? Same for DUI, get two and climb the financial ladder. Lower standard in McKeesport? Used to be, perform above and beyond to get better contracts and pay. But it's flip flopped now.
