Kudos, Kansas.

Watch for an exodus to more liberal states, like Illinois.

""We have families who really are desperate," said Elena Morales of El Centro, an anti-poverty agency in Kansas City, Kan."

What about the American families who are desperate? Our first concern is for our people and our families. These people had many of these kids for the wrong reasons, and pulling the plug on their entitlement treasure trove is long overdue.

The article says:'SRS spokeswoman Angela de Rocha said the old formula gave households with illegal immigrants more benefits than some households with all U.S. citizens.

"Now, all households' incomes are treated equally," de Rocha said. "Prior to the policy change . U.S. citizens were being discriminated against."'

Some sanity at last in a world gone insane.

Of course, it will have a balloon affect. They'll run to other states that will accommodate them. They do the same thing if they're in a state that cracks down on enforcement.
This does prove that enforcement, along with cutting off the freebies works in sending illegals packing.
You'd think these fools in Washington would see how simple this could be. If the Feds and all states would crack down, they'd have no where left to run...but South!

Oh my gosh we are neighbors with Kansas, we can not survive another wave of illegals and there privilaged life styles here time are too tough now, they are everywhere here in chicago to where alderman are fighting with the hispanic cacuases to reward the maps to hispanics which is almost three more communties that how fast their numbers have grown. Illinois better get on board, we can go only two ways broke or balanced. When arizona and georgia passed them laws against illegals they were flocking here and in Indiana, Indiana hurryed up and passed laws to push illegals out so now we are stuck with them inspite of citizens protests and calls to congress. Good for Kansas, now this should be nationwide, if you can not support the football team do not have them plain and simple.

If the parents are not legal resident aliens or citizens, their children should not be citizens, either. Illegal aliens work the system.

Why aren't these parents being deported?

As for the anchors, if we would end birthright citizenship, they could be deported too.

Anyone want to bet that the DOJ will come charging in on their white horses? Holder will have none of that.Starve the kids of returning military and the children of USA citizens but certainly the "New Constitution" written by this administration ,will not allow any cuts in services or requests for our laws to be followed by illegal aliens or their anchor babies.

I baled out of Illegalnois when I retired, after 45 years in the workforce. I know your pain but until the people of Chicago wake up and vote out the Democrats that take delight in giveaway programs, your situation won't change.

Illinois is $8Billion in debt despite a huge income tax increase yet continues to spend upwards of $4.6Billion on benefits to illegals.

BTW, my adopted state of Alabama gave the illegals the boot too.
