Helmets are a must

This whole argument is an overblown non-issue. Almost every one of the kids I see on bikes are wearing helmets and of all the stories we've read about kids being killed in bicycle related accidents, they were all wearing helmets.

All our resources and efforts must go to protecting the children. They should be protected and sheltered from the world of reality until they reach the golden age of accountability which is age 35 - even if it means exhausting your own retirement funds.

Everything FOR THE CHILDREN!

"Helmet"? Of course, every time. Trojan, Magnum, whatever. Takes some of the pleasure away, but safety first.
