FBI Probes Anti-Jena 6 Web Page -

Why aren't the 6 being charged with a hate crime? I'm tired of the double standard. It reminds me of the OJ Simpson murder trial. Guilt or innocence does not matter. They just don't want to see another black man go to jail. The 6 did the crime..they should do the time. Would they have the same opinion if it was 6 white guys that beat up a black guy? Not likely. I'm completely against hate crime legislation, but if it doesn't fit here...where does it fit?? Yes, blacks can be racist too.

My tax dollars at work again. Out of every dollar I pay in taxes, I am pleased with about how six cents is spent.

The Jena 6 did not do the crimes they were charged with, most egregiously attempted murder. They did beat up a white student who was taunting a black student who had been beaten up by whites who have never been charged with anything. Proper charges against the Jena 6 would be simple assault charges, since no weapon was used and the victim was not seriously hurt. Nor was there a conspiracy. The assault occurred spontaneously, spurred by the victim.

Hate crimes are motivated by antipathy toward a group, because of race, religion, sexual preference, etc. The Jena 6 assaulted the victim because he was taunting someone, not because of his race. So, there are no grounds to bring hate crime charges against him.

Comments such as those above do serve the purpose of reminding us that the bigots are not only in Jena.

Why are there no laws for blacks who commit hate crimes against other blacks for being lighter-skinned, more attractive, more intelligent, etc.? One lone black woman, I experience relentless hatred and harassment from a gang of neighbors everyday, one that includes adults in their seventies! If anyone can indentify with the young man who was beaten while unconscious, I can. Cowardly gangs who kick a person when he or she is down are unconscionable!

I do believe the punishment was too harsh, but beating an unconscious person is a form of manslaughter!

If you want to know about justice, research the Channon Christian/Christopher Newson tortue/murder in Tennessee last January. Never heard of it? There was very little press coverage and NO Al Sharpton protests. How does that relate to this case? Do your homework

This revelation is pure baloney. You'll note that just before the word lynching, the word essentially appears. If there is no clear reference to direct violence to these 6 on 1 tuff guys, and of course, the article is all for nothing. It's a bluff.
I am of a frame of mind, that if more than one attacks someone, they open the door to any kind of fighting stiles, and to the point that the threat has been taken care of. 6 on 1 indeed! These must be some bad dudes. I, for one, believe they intended to murder themselves a white boy. They should be treated as such. Good for the Prosicuter for Not dropping the charges any further......6 on 1, and they probably jumped him from behind too. So is the nature of the beast.

Check out the story of the Karr brothers in K.C. Blacks attack whites 54% more than whites attack blacks. The rapes of white women by black men are even higher. If you don't believe me, look the stats. up on the FBI crime statistics web pages. It doesn't get reported nationally though. It is sort of like, "If a dog bites a man, it's not news, but if a man bites a dog, it is worth reporting." 6 on 1, it is a typical scenario, isn't it? Some bad dudes. If it had been the other way around, the whites would be sent to prison on hate crime charges too, probably for the rest of their lives. But it wasn't. No harm done. It's just a white boy jumped by SIX BLACK YOUNG MEN! Hell, that ain't nuthin. How many white girls will these guys rape?

Folks, this photo of a purported hate site is a hoax. And there are two very good reason for it. First, the story itself, "Roanoke neo-Nazi condemns Jena Six", is a NEGATIVE story about what William H. White has done. Second, Neo-Nazis don't call themselves Neo-Nazis.

If you run a search engine the phrase "Roanoke neo-Nazi condemns Jena Six" you will pull up numerous pages containing this very critical article, but not the one CNN shows adorned with a swastika.

REPEAT FROM YESTERDAY: This case and its racial overtones are being intentionally fanned into a major media event.

Back in the 1960s, COINTELPRO intentionally created friction between whites and blacks by devices such as the "Black Panther Coloring Book". The reason was simple. Blacks and whites were starting to AGREE that the war in Vietnam had to be stopped, so the Nixon White House ordered the FBI to disrupt the anti-war movement, and following the principle of divide and conquer, the FBI intentionally created racial tensions under the theory that if the whites and blacks were fighting each other, then they were NOT united to fight against the war machine.

Well folks, fool me once, etc. And it doesn't take a tin-foil hat to realize that right now Bush and the Neocons need to derail the peace movement, they need to split up the population's unity that showed itself in the 2006 elections.

More than anything, Bush needs a media distraction from how bad Iraq is going (and the loss of his Blackwater praetorians), and Bush needs a media distraction from the plans to invade Iran, the B-52 armed with nukes flying around our skies, and the economy. And, there is no question that the Jena case will be used to support that latest attack on freedom of speech called the Hate Bill.

The timing is, as they say, just too cute. I am reminded of the media frenzy surrounding Gary Condit and Chandra Levy, a story with no real ending that dominated the US media during the time the foreign media was reporting on US plans to invade Afghanistan in October, 2001.

So, to my white brothers and my black brothers, don't be suckers and fools. You are being played, and if you fall for the planted nooses and the media hype, and turn violent, Bush will have his excuse for even more draconian controls over our lives.

I think the FBI has better things to do. What a waste of taxpayers money. In about 3 days, this will be another "who cares" story.

In reading this blog it upsets me that a great population OF AMERICANS can have views such as on here.

I see whites complaining about their daughters being potential rape victims, each time a black look at themselves we are reminded of being product of ancestral rape.

Yeah, the FBI is gonna make everything alright. This agency is nothing but a watchdog for the US Status quo and protector of the criminals that we have in this government including the current president and his father.
The Jena 6 responded as any NORMAL African American would respond when some racists attempt to intimidate them. Unfortunately we have a predominatly Nazi influence within the core of the US Federal Government and its Intelligence community that hate African Americans and have been looking to covertly destroy them for quite some time.
The FBI is an obscenity to legitimate law enforcement. When a woman of color by the name of Margie Schoedinger reported that she had been raped by George W. Bush (the current standing president) the FBI ignored her complaint and sent it on to Bush who saw to it that Schoediner was silenced for good. She was found shot to death -- the death was ruled a homicide - some chance.
When George HW Bush ran for President in 1988, a campaign worker for one of his opponents (Gary Hart) dug up dirt on Bush senior regarding his aiding and abetting of the CIA in drug running operations since the 1950's, as well as his part in the Iran Contra scandal.
This man, Michael Boren Williams was then subjected to the FBI invading his home without a warrant while shooting his puppy in the head and strip and cavity searching his six month pregnant wife and two year old daughter in front of a room full of FBI maggots. He was then setup on trumped up charges and sent to prison for two years while the FBI forced his wife to divorce him.
He has never seen his wife or two daughters since.
The FBI is now looking to demonize Williams by denying that this ever happened and calling him an con artist. However it is the FBI who is the con artist; an Nazi run agency that has been using its despicable COINTELPRO tactics for the past Century and destroying the lives of myriad American citizens in the process.
The FBI is just looking to gain some credibility by coming down on the Jena 6. However this will be yet one more miscarriage of justice against African Americans who are subjected to far worse punishments than their white counterparts.
And everyone knows it.
Take that case of the 14 year old Texas girl (Shanequa Cotton)who pushed a teacher's aid and got sentenced to 7 years in prison! Fortunately, there was such outrage at what happened that the Texas governor was forced to step in and commute the sentence to time served.
These outrages abuses of the fascist police state that this country has become occur on a daily basis.

It is utterly digusting in this day and time that such racism still lives. This fight was no different than any other fights in schools. Had it been black kids fighting no matter how bruttally beaten one might be come such harsh charges would not occur. But i guess in this country we hold the white mans life to be more valuable than that of the colored. Those white students should be charged with harrasment and a hate crime. All those who are involved with the procesuction of this young teens out to be a shamed of thier self.

He was on probation for an earlier assault charge when arrested for this attack.

Absolutely these boys should have been charged with a hate crime. Those black boys beat and kicked an unconcious white boy with the intent of causing bad bodily harm because he was white and they didn't like him. No question about it. Oh and my money is on the fact that at some time in his future Bell will do real prison time for something really bad. someone should kick fat Al and hair lip Jesse unconcious. They have hurt the black race more than anyone.
