I'm the Latina woman Tyronda Graham is hiding from!!! She owes me money!!!!!!! and she works at the Crystal Springs Job corps in MS. SHE IS A FAKE AND fraud!!!! L@IR!!!she uses her looks to get what she wants..she go with men and women!!!!

I am in shriver job corps n i love it i came here on sept 28,2010 and my exit date is june 17.2011 when i first got here i HATED it with a passion fake ppl,early cerfew,ect but once you get use to it all it dont bother you no more i have mad some really amazing friends here and if you just focus on you and not the drama then you will do good i can promise you that

okay ive been through job corps and got kicked out for a several things nothing seriose and part of it had to do with i pretty much completed but got prego and i was 95% and so the just kicked me out and i had a bunch of right ups so i was just woundering if i would be let back in i know they do let kids back in after 6 months and its been bout a year so i was just thinking what do they look at in aperson that got kicked out and if they will let any one back in i was always positive and respectfull my biggest thing was time but i have learned a lot since then and im hadly late to anything so dose anyone know the chances of me being let back in

I worked at several Job Corps Centers in Senior Level Management capacities. It is all about manipulating numbers, to hang onto those "big money Center contracts" Now to be fair to the greedy private contractors that operate this massive government funded program, The Department of Labor must share in alot of the blame, by placing totally unrealistic expectations and impossible statisical performance expectations on these contractors. The best example is this. First off, if the majority of these kids goping into the program were stellar kids, they would not need Job Corps, they would just go to Harvard. The fact is that most of these kids come from troubled backgrounds and broken homes. So how is a Center to be held accountable for retention rates in both new arriavls on center, as well as retention of 12 months of being placed ina job? Come on, college degreed professionals do not even know if they will have thier job 12 months out, so how can DOL penalize a Center or the contractor, by expecting the same of "at risk youth"

They should probably just gas anyone who comes through the door. We have enough trash in the world.

I just got my son the he!! out of there. In one month, everything he owned including his money got stolen, pretty sure that was by staff itself. Got jumped (but my Italian a@@ will be taking care of that). Did not learn much of anything except how to throw up gang signs and what a hub for movin that wacky weed and etc.Yea, one person from one state brings it in, hides it and the next weekend it goes to another student who then takes it out to their state and sells it. Very easy to do!! Thousands people!!! and they try to deny all. So far 4 phone calls have remained unreturned!!! Good job Great Onyx!!! and one of the guards is a drunken slob...must I go on???

how long does it take to get fully registered at the bronx ny job corp

Does anyone know if the job corps in edison nj give you a drug test just for illegal drugs , or do they do it for alcohol also

i got to potomac job corps in washington dc. ive been through hell here. from staff tryin to put me down to not having an instructor for like 6months! everyone on the outside of job corps thinks they kno everything but guess again cuz you dont. we get this little 25$, or 35, or 47$ every 2 weeks. its not enough. how much stuff can we actually buy with that. not everything we need. && not everyone has there family to help them. so some ppl have to go to extreme to get money some ppl was jus raised like that. ive been in washington dc at job corps for a year && a couple months now. jus now completeing my trade aftr not having a instructor for 6 months. us students feel that we have to stand up for ourself when we go off campus because ppl here robb us. its not a joke. i think that job corps really needs to get there shit together && help us like they said they would. all job corps is worried about is the money they are getting everytime someone new comes in!. not everyone can blame the students for everything. cuz yu dont k.no what really goes on!

I am recently attending Gary Job Corps. I actually really like it! I am a Non-Resident so I just go to school there. Thank God for all the people who fought to keep the Non-Res program open b/c I think if I had to live there I would be pretty sad, and maybe get caught up in some things.Like what others have said before me, you have to know what you are there for. You get your shit and you get the hell out end of story! You want to make friends,party, and have sex with everybody, then go to a real college.Let's see how long you stay there blowing your own money. One thing that I can say about Gary in San Marcos is they do not take bullshit! The minute they think you are not being productive your ass gets sent home, some even in the same week they start. All I'm saying is if you go for the right reasons, and remember to trust your F ing self you will be alright.
