I was just riding my bike off a bridge crossing the New River. My floppy hat brim dropped over my eyes. I was going so fast I couldn't see nor could I let go of the handle bars. Luckily there were no cars parked along the curb otherwise I would have done a face plant in a rear window.

You are right, I'm over 50.

I'm glad this guy is improving. I wish they would tell us the extent of his injuries.

i like how people tend to pick on these people who do "high risk sports"..let me tell ya , some activites that arent even "sport" are very high risk.
take all the people eating crappy foods and getting fat,( and by the way not exercising at even low risk sports like walking a block a day)
