It's a good thing that Capt. Ron's buddy didn't slam into someone while flying through the air. I guess "Mr. Nice Guy" was too stupid and full of bravado to see which way the wind was blowing and to realize that if a kite could pick carry you during normal winds, that a 60 mph wind would carry you up and toward the direction it was blowing...at 60 mph. The dumb-ass never thought to look downwind to see where he would end up.
Nice or not, there is no excuse for stupidity and lack of concern for consequences to others.
