I am very sad of what happened to the sports complex. After all those years of dreaming to have something like the sports complex on the westside, for all those kids that love the sport, it took just a few moments for the vandals to ruined it. What a miserable life those vandals must have to destroy every good thing they run into.
I hope El Paso does not give up to those criminals and denounce them every time. |

For every action there is a reaction. We dont know why the vandals did what they did. maybe they got rejected from trying to play there? i went there and try to play soccer with my 2 kids and they told me to leave because the fields were only for "games"... yet there was no games going on. no one was around. i got a little mad but i figured it wasnt worth getting into a fight and i ended up going to gallegos park. whats the point of having a new park if it can only be used by "certain" people?

We need to program surveillance cameras that can be monitored by Park Activists, Police and maybe a security company. At very least, we can get video footage of the perpetrators so that we can start prosecuting these meatheads.
