He should have said, "my tax rate is the legal rate"

Not claiming all his charitable deductions, which would've made his rate even lower, is another rugby slight-of-hand.

The new Democrat policies of wealth redistribution is already happening. The victims of these policies are the widows and widowers. Their spouses spent their lives accumulating some wealth, so that their surviving spouse could have a decent income in their waining years. With Democrat Fed policies, the widows are receiving exceptionally low returns on the million, or even several million invested dollars left them, often as low as 0.20% on their savings. This forces them to constantly live on the remaining principle, further decreasing their standards of living. As their principle decreases, their return decreases. Still, Democrat standards disallow these low income people from receiving financial aid, not even food stamps are allowed them, because of the remaining principle in their savings. It becomes a Catch 22 for widows and widowers, as Democrats continue to steal from the vulnerable, while their policies cause continued inflation of basic necessities, further impacting these "millionaires", whose spouses had the audacity to want to give their families something after they passed away.

US Tax Code allows international investment. Many US companies advantage that Code, including those run by Democrats.

Taxing passive income means that any profits ever brought back into US Tax Code jurisdiction get taxed. Your Fascist economic principles fly in the face of concepts of freedom long established by Americans actually practicing enhancement of international economic realities, instead of talking international trade, while talking no international trade in an economic reality even Democrats admit would disadvantage US businesses if they weren't allowed to partake of the same advantages other nations practice.

Romney believes the working poor and middle class should bare the brunt of the taxes. Romney as President will no doubt only represent the wealthy and NOT the middle class or poor.

Romney and friends have hired lobbyists to bribe members of congress including Paul Ryan to write special tax codes for Romney and friends then Romney says he pays all the taxes that the law require.

Romney's 47%er's say their tax rate is also fair.
