If you want to control ejaculation you must contract PC muscle when you feel youre gonna cum! Contract the damn thing so hard while youre cumming! This contracting must be continuous not contract by contraction. This will stop your sperm from going to prostate. A little bit of preejac. fluid, a drop or two is inevetable. After that long contraction feelings subside!!! You can throb, do what ever you want, your brain is in a cooldown state. After a while erection becomes stronger, longer and when you reach cumming point, contract and hold!!! THAT IS THE CURE!!!
dont listen to actionlove, dr lin...he is wrong...I tried his method and it wont work.

One thing to do that will help with the contractions is, while you're urinating, stop your pee in mid stream. Then go and stop. This may feel wired but you're wroking the muscles that you'll need for contraction in the bedroom. Working kegal muscles will help and make sure that when you get to the point that you fell you're gonna blow, control breathing (very important) long slow deep breathes and concentrate on contraction. This isn't an overnight fix but it will help

While kegels, contractions and tantra might work for some of you most men with serious PE cannot solve their problems through these means. If it was that easy close to 1/3 of all men would not be affected by PE. Both physiological and psychological factors play a role in PE and both aspects must often be treated. The only products on the market today that actually work in treating serious cases of PE are SSRI's and desensitizing creams or sprays. While SSRI's have been shown to work they also come along with a number of side effects that include dry mouth, stomach problems and loss of sex drive so while you may last longer you may also lose your desire to have sex. The most promising desensitizing spray (PSD502) was unfortunately denied by the FDA even though the clinical trial was successful and that it is sold abroad. After doing some research I came across a similar product to (PSD502) which is called Promescent and is a lidocaine based solution with eutectic absorption while PSD502 was a lidocaine/prilocaine solution with eutectic absorption. The product is covered under an FDA monograph and is currently undergoing clinical trials so it has medical credibility in my mind. I would suggest it to any guy out there who is looking for one of the only legitimate medical solutions to PE on the market rather than taking SSRI's.

Or you can withdrawl, pinch the glans head firmly, then continue on your way, or tug down your your testes will delay also, since they tend to rise before orgasm

Tramadol works just as well as Priligy, if not slightly better, its legal in the US (unlike Priligy), and it's less expensive.

I've taken both and researched both... and I'm a pharmacologist.
Priligy or dapoxetine (generic) costs $4-5 per pill! that's nuts for a generic pill. everyone is better off taking tramadol

Tramadol (generic) is $0.5-1 per 50mg tab

Hey, I have recently been re-diagnosed with ADHD (inatentive disorder) and was prescribed with (along with Adderall) a small dosage of an anti-depressant called Celexa. The dosage is only 20 mg for a 24 hour period. I have struggled with premature ejaculation for about 3 years now and about a week after I started on Celexa I noticed a huge difference. I last for 25-30 min. easily. Just a heads up. It might also be the adderall, but I took Adderall before and it didn't have the same effect. Just a thought... Good Luck!

Stopping premature ejaculation has a lot to do with kegels and positions. Find out how you can take control of your ejaculation here:

I think Dave Chappelle put it best when he said I don't believe in premature ejaculation, If I come, it was right on time!! I used to laugh at this and agree with ol Dave but I simply wasn't happy with how short sex was lasting for me. I never really thought to use some drug or cream but someone suggested using this thing called Promescent and it's really done the trick! It's a spray that numbs the subcutaneous nerves of the penis and takes about 10 minutes to set in before sex and then it's like whatever PE problem you thought you had completely disappears. Miraculous.
