That's nice, but nowhere does the Bible teach that immersion is the only way to be baptized. It's only a symbolic ceremony to declare to the world you are a new creation in Jesus. It's power and authority comes from the heart of the believer, not the person do the baptism.
You make light of what Jesus did concerning water baptism so you can maintain your pathetic stance, that when it comes to following Jesus, you advocate picking and choosing what we do that he did. That'll be your bad till you change, not mine.

That is true. The slaves in the South were generally more happy and better off than in the North. They looked at the Union Army as invaders of their home. In fact, many blacks fought on the side of the South against the Union Army to save their homes. The blacks who fought for the Union Army were often blacks who were captured and forced to fight. So, Joseph Smith was correct in his statement. You just believe the "Yankee myth."
You are kind of a despicable human being aren't you. Why don't you place yourself and your family into slavery and see how much you enjoy it.

Mormons, looking worse every single day Bishop SmutFace Romney is running for office.

Claims are constantly made there are no evidences of travel between continents; yet it appears the people whose culture was the Olmecs, might have been heavily influenced by people who came from China.

These people are from the Shang Chinese Dynasty: and are the ones who are associated with being the Jaredites. Time frames are around the 1200 b.c. mark.

Even if these particular Shang Dynasty Chines aren't the Jaredites, they could have easily brought along horses for calvary; perhaps even juvenile elephants, to use for log moving etc.

Extremely interesting W.R.I.T.I.N.G. T.H.A.T. IS D.E.M.O.N.S.T.R.A.T.E.D. to be S.H.A.N.G. DYNASTY S.C.R.I.P.T.

OBVIOUSLY the same writing with the SAME meanings.

The Jaredites are a wave of people who left the Eastern Hemisphere upon the confusion of tongues by the Lord, at the tower of Babel.

In l.d.s. theology the Jaredites left from Asian shores, and are heavily associated BY l.d.s. theological archeology with China

"Mormon church lashes back at magazine over portrayal of prophet and profits

...The illustration satirizes the moment when Mormons believe John the Baptist bestowed the priesthood on Joseph Smith, the faith’s founding prophet.

In the parody, John the Baptist tells Smith,“and thou shalt build a shopping mall, own stock in Burger King, and open a Polynesian theme park in Hawaii that shall be largely exempt from the frustrations of tax ...” Smith answers,“Hallelujah.”

...Meanwhile, the LDS church donates less than one percent of its annual income to charity, according to a study cited in the article. Other churches donate nearly 30 percent."

I told you! Mormon Messiah White Horse Prophecy Bishop SmutFaced Romney:

"Now, more than 150 years later, descendants of those first families of Mormonism are joining together in a new effort: delivering the White House to Mitt Romney, whose great-great-grandfather Miles Romney settled alongside many of their ancestors in Nauvoo in 1841 and joined their torturous migration.

These families — Marriotts, Rollinses, Gardners and others — have formed a financial bulwark and support network for Mr. Romney at every important point in his political career. Starting with his 1994 Senate race, moving into the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics effort that became his political springboard and continuing through his first foray into presidential politics, they have been there to open doors, provide seed money and rally support. "

...Mr. Huntsman’s family — including his father, a former lay official in the Mormon Church — had been among those who supported Mr. Romney, until Mr. Huntsman developed national aspirations of his own. But Mr. Huntsman, less involved in the church than Mr. Romney, was unable to tap into the Mormon network as Mr. Romney has been.

Throughout Mr. Huntsman’s primary campaign some on his team reported receiving a subtle but clear signal: This is Mr. Romney’s year."

NYT

God, is this creepy and chilling or what? It has taken 150 years but the White Horse Prophecy is up this year.

Are there architectural plans to convert the WH into a Mormons-only Temple?

The Book of Mormon makes MULTIPLE references, to cities sunken and destroyed. Many are named by name, one of them, named after the Old-World city Jerusalem, had that name itself: Jerusalem.

Many years ago a man named Sorenson remarked that the well known fluctuation in level of lake Atitlan would be a prime place for such a one as the New World city of Jerusalem; after the Lord destroyed most of the wicked from among them the Nephites heard the voice of the Lord tell them that he had sunk the New World city Jerusalem causing waters to come up in the stead thereof.

A city,
sunken, swiftly so,
has been found deep in lake Atitlan.

"Another possibility..." one of the few instances where I have seen you use your unbiased side in accepting more then one possibility exists :)
"Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom".
You realize in the above that God used polygyny and not monogamy in that saying? Hmm?:)
It's a metaphor, not a justification of polygamy. An example how much Jesus loves us.
Concerning the writing deemed Philips, the point is that a writer some 2000 years ago had ideas that would match the similar ideas of a single religion of thousands existing 2000 years later. Call that a coincidence or whatever ya know what I mean?:)
And most of it isn't in harmony with the teachings of Mormonism. The LDS church doesn't accept it as a gospel either.

It is only some apologists in the LDS church that is giving Phillip the interpretation you claim. No one outside the LDS church agrees with it.

The JUSTIFICATION of POLYGAMY was THE LORD SAID DO IT in the NATIONAL ISRAELITE LAW HE SET UP

SO HE WOULD HAVE POLYGAMOUS FAMILIES

TO DRAW PEOPLE INTO HIS CHURCH FROM.

JEWS PRACTICED POLYGAMY THEN BECAUSE J.E.H.O.V.A.H.-aka

*JESUS CHRIST* said DO it.

----------
THERE YOU GO AGAIN, DENYING 4,000 YEARS of JEWISH POLYGAMY, INDEED ABRAHAM: to whose seed SO MANY PROMISES CAME- practiced it.

MOSES: THE LAWGIVER
PRACTICED IT.

THE ENTIRE ISRAELITE NATION: as COMMANDED by the GOD whose LITTLE ONES you would T.E.A.C.H. to be H.O.M.O.S.E.X.U.A.L.

practiced it, and NO matter HOW many times you GET DRUNK and COMMIT ADULTERY it's STILL THERE.

And you're still IN THE MOST LIKELY TO MOLEST GROUP of PEOPLE

on the PLANET: HOMOSEXUAL males WHO CLAIM their URGE to MOLEST is actually 'love'.

No, YOU'RE just a SANDUSKYPHILE
----------

So your ABSURD INSISTENCE we teach HOMOSEXUALITY

instead of the HETEROSEXUALITY the LORD TOLD US HE APPROVED OF
----------
is TRAPPED WITHIN the FACT IT FLIES IN the FACE of the V.E.R.Y. F.A.M.I.L.I.E.S.
JESUS CHRIST set up to BE THERE to BRING into his church.

So NO, you're not going to TELL this FORUM that JESUS CHRIST DISAPPROVES of the HETEROSEXUAL MARRIAGES *HE**ETCHED**INTO**LAW*
*H*I*M*S*E*L*F*.

Your kind are FORETOLD: FORGETTING the JEWS and WHAT THEY HAVE DONE for YOU.

They LIVED the LAWS of GOD before YOU so YOU *have* a TEMPLATE.

Your choice to join the MOLESTERS of the world - and that's EXACTLY who you are a part of - MOLESTERS -

comes from your being utterly in the thrall of Satan.

That's why
you're in here fronting
for the MOLESTER CLERGY
who PREACH AGAINST
HETEROSEXUALITY.

Your claim that JEHOVAH who SET UP POLYGAMY is a ABOMINATION for DOING IT

rides down on YOUR diseased head.

Not the people who would rather not see the world filled with HOMOSEXUAL MOLESTERS as their clergy

You obviously are a liberal product of the "Yankee myth" and it's successful propaganda anti-South campaign. If you are interested at all in learning the TRUTH about slavery, Abraham Lincoln, and why the "Civil War" (war for Southern independence) started, read "The South Was Right" by James and Walter Kennedy. You will be shocked, and you just might learn something you didn't know. I'm not even Southern. I'm from California.:-)
