As for this witness that has now come forward. I would like to know how old was she when this threesome took place. If she was underage how come it has taken her 6 years to tell someone about this? Now if she was over 18 is'nt she in as much trouble as R Kelly.

the rules for having sex with people under 18 are not very clear to many. i met a girl whom i later dated for a while. when we met she was 17. I told her we would have to wait 2 extra weeks till her birthday cause i was not feeling prison.

if he did have sex and i have not seen the tape, well i feel like he should be punished and possibly the girl as well.

I completely understand what your saying and for the most part agree with you, but its one thing when you are like 20 and dating someone under 18, its another thing when your 30 and dating someone that young.

While I don't blame the girl as much as I might blame her family (who lets a 13 year old hang around someone in their 30s alone at all hours), I think that RKelly has a history of being sexually involved with girls that are young.

He needs to take a page out of Gary Glitters book and move to Thailand or Vietnam. It will be much easier for him to indulge in his passion for underage girls since there is no cure for that.
