Judge to decide Hulk Hogan's son's fate for reckless driving

Hope they throw the book at him but they probably won't.

From what I heard on a Tampa radio station this AM, this particular judge in MORE THAN LIKELY to throw the book at him.

The cocky little punk needs to have the book thrown at him.

Nich Hogan is a bratty poiled punk who deserves the full 5 years for the horrible action which reulted in the soldier boy becoming a tomatoe. 5 years is not enough!!

He was speeding on purpose with total disregard to anyone,including himself...put his passenger in a coma...Yeah...!!! throw the book at this moron...I hope he sits in jail till he gets smarter...in his case,about 50 years...

At least the kid is taking responsibility for his actions. Maybe he's going to grow up after all.

Sentence is in, Nick gets to spend the next 8 months in the Pinellas County jial, starting right noew, 3 years no license, 100 hours community service per month, and 5 years probation.

Someone forget to tell his sister Brooke that club-clothes are not worn in courtrooms, Hulk was praying and mom was wearing her wedding ring (WTF?).
