I think Nick was in it for the long haul. Gee whiz he waited long enough to have sex with her. She was very young and had not experienced anything in life. Once she shot to fame...boy what a big carrot in front of her.

It was Jessica who called it quits, but she must have had a darn good reason to want to. I can't wait to hear Jessica's side of the story. We only heard Nick's, and we weren't there to see. It seems Jessica is very down & out, and hasn't moved on with any other guy. She must still love Nick, but it looks like he has a girlfriend now. She is definitely no Jessica, and looks very hard looking. But I do hope Jessica has learned and grown from this whole miserable experience, and eventually will be a happy person like she once was!

Nick should get half. They were married and supported each other, whether it fell apart or not. It doesn't matter that she mad more in the marriage than him. Law is law, and it is 50/50 in California. It needs to be split equally.

Nick stayed with the house...but didn't they sell it already?? That is one question I can't answer, all I know is that Jess has her own house..and t isn't one that they were in together..and I remember that Nick still had it, but does he still?

Jessica success was due to the marrage and Nick success is due to their the divoice. I think nick deserves half because it doesn't matter how you cut it, Jessica would not have the fame or fortune if it wasn't for newly weds and Nick was a direct part of making that happen. I like them both, but I think that in the end Jessica Father is going to be the down fall of her career.
Im not sure how true it is,that Nick wanted a pre-nup and Jessica father told her not to sign one because at the time Nick was the larger bread winner. The way I see it, Nick didn't choose the game, The game chose Nick.
