I am sorry but I have to laugh at this!
Cyprus needs to invest in its own transport system,water salination plant, sewage disposal, waste disposal,roads, schools, hospitals,tourist industry,airline,homes for the elderly,drug abuse centres,animal welfare,handicapped peoples homes,electricity company and much more before it hands over money to India.
