Committee considering municipal power in Utica

City leaders are exploring the possibility of municipal power in Utica. The first meeting of a brand new Public Utilities Committee took place at City Hall Thursday night.

the money that would be saved is alot. think of the bills the tax payers pay for the freeloaders lights to be on... taxes should go down too for the county
