Not to worry...Clipper to be gone soon. No bank would loan the money to the developer to construct once they found out it would be Clipper turbines. Banks will loan on GE and Siemens and possibly one or two others like Acciona, Alstom, or Gamesa. Chinese turbines also suck.
RIP Clipper.
