Someone finally got it right. It is that little bit of U.S. law that the "hangings to good for'em" and lynchers have tried so hard to deny exist in any tragic inccident.

The Bushie tried to side step that "Damn Constituition" point by not calling the 9/11 suspects criminals, or captured enemies of war.
They tried to create a whole new category called an "enemy combatant" which would deny suspects access to both rights under military and criminal law.
To try and push that issue even harder they detained such labled people outside the U.S.
The Bushies picked the military base on Cuba because the U.S. does not recognize the current Cuban government. That way if the Cuban government had opposed the detaining of such people on it's soil, the Bushies could have ignored any attempt to have them removed from the country since the government currently ruling the Cuban nation is not recognized by the U.S.
That was a right "debra" that you had taken away until the constitution had been up held by the courts.
The Bushie government could have called anyone including you, an enemy combatant if they felt you were a threat to the country. You would have been denied your rights under the law.
