Offshore interests may spin wind turbines
On Dec. 13, the U.S. Department of Interior's Bureau of Ocean Energy Management published a Call for Information and Nominations for three potential lease locations - one six miles off the coast of Kitty Hawk, the others seven and 13 miles off the coast of Wilmington - for wind energy development off the coast of North Carolina.Full Story
