Desert solar project to be discussed in Blythe

A day-long public meeting focusing on Native American and other historic and cultural artifacts found at the site of BrightSource Energy's proposed Rio Mesa solar project will be held beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Palo Verde Community College, 1 College Drive, Blythe.
