Germany , Europe 's biggest power market, plans to propose changes to its clean-energy subsidy system in March to reduce the cost of building wind farms and solar parks as it shutters nuclear reactors.

Very good Germany!! Again taking the role of the futuristic, modern leader. By 2020 Germany will have 100% energy from renewable sources - more than 30 years earlier then any other country. They are currently helping Japan to make it too.
