Hell why wait for a disaster to hit Oregon? We already got one of major proportion in the Gulf. Looks like they will fill up that FEMA camp, east of town, as soon as they start evacuating the Gulf State residents.

So who wants to be the first to volunteer as a guard, er worker at the camp?

I only read a few posts, about people not wanting to live in oregon and businesses and such. We're comeing. I'm looking for a place in two months or about, to pay out rent for a year. And I'm gonna be moveing with a lot of friends. We have plenty of cash. But, we want a simple life, honest day of actual work. Mind our own busness. And hopefully shed the stress of the grind in a city. To be able to see a star at night sittin in our yard,..... priceless. Take our money we're in.

So you bought land eh? I hope not from one of the local realtors :/ If you were born in Germany then you might have a in, was your father in the military? If so, you may have a in, as the valley has a long and dubious history as being a military field operation post In fact the air space in the valley is an active MOA and the Air Force (NORAD) owns a 17,000 acre test range just 12 miles east of town that at one time housed a backscatter radar facility. Current uses include a H.A.A.R.P research center, operated under license for the government by the Virginia Tech, also another neat thing the MIC is engaged in out at the facility is a alternative energy solar farm. Of course it's costing us taxpayers 3 times what the private sector charges, typical guberment pork!

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Sagittarius

You're feeling ultra optimistic today, which is great for summoning up the necessary energy to do what has to be done. But don't let it go to your head and convince you that you're capable of performing miracles. If you aren't behaving in this way you'll have to cope with someone who has a swollen head and thinks they're the cat's whiskers.
