Probable right since this nation is founded on and operates as only ONE Branch of Government with NO checks and balances or separation of powers. IDIOT!

the checks & balances as they're called are only for show to placate the mentally asleep who are caught up in the "American Dream". Bush Jr. & Obama are the 2 most powerful presidents in U.S. history because they both blatanly ignore those checks & balances and do whatever they dam well please. Wake up.......the U.S. is on it`s way down the toilet, the economy is in shambles, the Constitution is meaningless, & the politicians & CEO's are gonna rip off the common man for all he`s worth. Get ready for 3rd world living standards
