A dumbpluck doubles down on global cooling, global warming and now it's called climate change. More job killing regulations and stupidity...That is to be expected coming from a deranged jackazz who was mentored for years by the communist-terrorist "Kill-Parents" bill ayers and who launched his political career from the home of the communist-terrorist "Kill-Parents" bill ayers...despicable.

The overwhelming majority of climate scientists agree that human activity causes or contributes to climate change. The deniers are funded by the fossil fuel industry and use the same tactics the tobacco companies used to confuse consumers about the dangers of smoking.

Instead of funding research to make oil and coal use cleaner, or to develop clean alternative fuels, the oil and coal industries are fund research they hope will confuse the public debate. By financing and publicizing the tiny (and shrinking) minority of scientists who disagree with the consensus that man-made climate change is a real and imminent threat, companies that profit from pollution hope to create the illusion that there is scientific controversy. As with the tobacco industry, the ultimate price of this disinformation campaign will be human death and suffering.

Manti T'eo, Big Foot, and the Loch Ness Monster are all less of a hoax than the Elmer Gantry style Fartgasbag AlGore's climate change campaign.

Court: Obama appointments are unconstitutional
BY SAM HANANEL
ASSOCIATED PRESS

WASHINGTON (AP)-- A federal appeals court has ruled that President Barack Obama violated the Constitution when he bypassed the Senate to fill vacancies on a labor relations panel.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit says Obama did not have the power to make recess appointments earlier this year to the National Labor Relations Board.

Obama claims he acted properly because the Senate was away for the holidays. But the court says the Senate technically stayed in session when lawmakers gaveled in and out every few days for so-called "pro forma" sessions.

GOP lawmakers used the tactic specifically to prevent Obama from using his recess power to fill vacancies in an agency they claimed was too pro-union.

The Obama administrati
on is expected to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.

It's a win-win for us and the environment, unless you're Big Energy or one of their paid lackeys in Congress. Naturally righties want the oil and coal and money to keep flowing into their pockets, no matter what happens to the Earth.

Another insane, enraged rant by rightie nutball John, who will probably solve the problem he creates here by dropping dead of a heart attack or stroke one day soon.

That kind of rage can't be good for him.

And yet HE doesn't rubber-stamp oil pipelines and he's pushing for green energy. Amazing, huh?

Of course his campaigns have gotten big energy money. But I judge more by performance than by talk or by contributions.

Hey, Repubs should try voting their consciences instead of with their big donors sometime, huh?:)

Benghazi is far from over moron. Now there is also Algeria to add to it.
As far as climate change legislation goes, Barack Benghazi is just wasting more money ala Solyndra to put America in the dumpster, where Europe is.
Soros must be paying Obumbler a pretty penny.

"investment in renewable energy projects that create jobs" -
Great track record, Obama.
Were those the jobs that went to China for solar panel production using the fabulous pork barrel bill or the HALF A TRILLION that went your buddies at Solyndra to pay for their luxury retirement after giving you millions in contributions...
Maybe you should hire Al "Hot Air" Gore as a consultant for how not to act, e.g. personal jet travel, mansions that use the energy of a small town, etc.
How about you - Why not have your wife fly in the same airplane when you go on vacation, you stinking hypocrite.

No! Obama doesn't rubber-stamp oil pipelines. What Obama does rubber-stamp is America's mandatory involvement in man-made climate change: probably the most clever political hoax since 1936 when Princeton senior Lewis Gorin conjured up the scam "Veterans of Future Wars".
