Denying isn't winning. Your right, because your in denial about the fact that you have lost. It is funny that you talk about reality pushing those in denial out of the way. Because it is doing just that to the alarmist. AGW star is setting one more time. Yes, it will be those who are denying the reality that the earth has been on a general warming trend since the end of the last ice age. It will be people like you who the next generation will point fingers at and laugh. After all, how many people do just the same thing with those in the last generation who warned of an approaching ice age. People like you are the ones who will be considered bone headed. After all, how would you view someone who still believes that an ice age is approaching?

You talk about those who will be cursing the studpity of the previous generation. More like laughing and in another generation it will be you that they will be laughing at. Just as in the seventies they were laughing at those in the fifties who belived as you do.

Sorry, but the only people not working for money are working for survival in the middle of nowhere. Science Academies work to get money to pay for research. Normally the National Sceince Academies work to squeeze money out of thier goverments. Otherwise they would be cut out of existance.
Look at it this way. A Big Oil CEO could offer political campaign contributions to pass a law to shut down the National Science Academy if they did not work to get more money and line a few political pockets with it.

The whole point of this thread is simply to point out that "The carbon market is dead."

And what does this have to do with the remarks I made about the fact that researcher are paid and as such have a vested interest in keeping those paychecks coming.
