Stupid , Stupid , Stupid.. Estonia , when it comes to things like that has to start thinking the american way, Be entrepreneurs . Sell each old bill to the collectors
market as a collectable from Estonia. Nicely mounted with a good old American spin to go with it,.... Where is the creativity?
I will buy the first 100 notes for $ 1.00 , Better yet I'll buy 1000 or more
as the old saying goes,.. Get the lead out and cash in,......
