great decision for redondo! South redondo does not need apartments and the potential problems they bring. A bold and correct decision for the future of redondo. Ambassador will get the money.

Redondo has done a great service to the community by not allowing affordable housing because what that breaks down to be an infusion of undesireable people that will be given a chance to ruin a beach community redondo doesnt need the ghetto moving in
Nobody said anything about renting to Sect. "8" people! I am sure that is what you had in mind when they said low cost housing.

..... Christian families need choice high schools for their kids. Mind you, there are some GREAT high schools in the South Bay but none of them are Christian based ones that are not Catholic.
Pacific Lutheran High School is a GREAT school taking kids all the way through 12th grade http://www.pacificlutheranhigh.com/

Headline should have read "school board votes to rent knob hill site to nonexistant christian high school entity that has no money to pay the $528000 annual rent. Highly irresponsible.
You are right. If this defaults, the school board should be tossed out. I wonder what bizarre role the union played? No residential housing means no more students means no more work for them. Either 1) odd - no job security or 2) perfect - less work, same pay.

The unions own the board. They sponsored and paid for 4 of the 5 candidates.

It does not make sense to build new housing that will undoubtedly house children. When new children come, there needs to be schools to put them in. It makes more sense to build more schools first than to welcome new families that will just over crowd our existing schools. Let's don't be guilty of putting the cart before the horse. More options make for better choices.

Nice, clearly a violation of church and state. Why should this Christian school receive any accommodations at all? Tax breaks, etc., should not go to such a freakish religion.

Hello,

The RBUSD baord is so untrustworthy. Things get no varied over the age. They let relate teachers swear them what to do and they do it. They are NOT haunted around the welfare of the kids. I've seen it firsthand. My nephews go to President. What a prank of a dwell. BUT...this measure they prefab the sect select. Faith families requirement prime overflowing schools for their kids. Intellectual you, there are some Zealous spot schools in the Southeast Bay but service of them are Religion supported ones that
