I remember when I was in school, any time we had a sub, they were fair game for all sorts of stuff. Funny though, I don't recall recording anybody having sex in the classroom!

The school district need to come down very heavy to discourage any future similar acts or behavior in the future incidents.

For Mr. Jakabowski ( by Kurtz's direction ) they have been disciplined and not to reveal what type of discipline was or is being handed out is ridicules. The city needs to know what is being done. A meaningless letter by Kurtz to instruct their children in the proper use of a video camera is an insult to anybodies intelligence.

The two directly involved SHOULD BE EXPELLED and the person /s that took the video SHOULD BE EXPELLED. The substitute should NOT be hired in this district again and Kelley Services should fire the person.

And what about child porn laws?
If children are recorded having sexual activity, ain't that child pornography?

The substitute teacher commented that he/she wasn't aware the sexual activity was going on...Geeze, Louise...where was his/her mind...how could you not know something was happening??
