PANKAJ JOSHI. a Nepali student on temporary student visa at UT Arlington.
Pankaj Joshi on student visa was working illegally at the grand prarie gas station owned/managed by bangldeshis or pakistanis. Pankaj Joshi defrauded A black amn of his 1 million lottery winnings and has run away from law. He may be in Nepal. How many Nepalis are working at gas stations breaking immigration laws? I have seen almost all gas stations staffed by people from Nepal. Did Rahman and the other bangladeshi/pakistani manager of that Lucky Gast station in Grand prarie knew that Pankaj Joshi is not allowed to work on a temporary visa. My opinion - YES, YES, YES THEY KNEW THAT THEY CANNOT EMPLOY A PERSON ON STUDENT VISA TO WORK OUTSIDE THE UNIVERSITY. And if they knew they cannot employ Pankaj Joshi, they broke immigration law by doing so. Pankaj Joshi is absconding from law. |
