Not sure where the $10.00 came from .Our base was $280.00 per week during the first filing the salesman gave back $55.00 per week then a couple of years later they still can'tfigure itout so wegavethem another $85.00 per week so that totals $140.00 a week then the stoped the annuity of $15.00 a week . They also did away with Price adjusting. and have not paid into our pension since last summer. How much more should we give back. Aiso top 8 CEO gave themselves a huge pay raise

We have given enough already!

Give back pay. Chipping in for our H&W. Pay freezes. No pension money being contributed.

Last bk we did all this so they could save $80M a year! Where did all that money go?

Oh yeah, 80% pay raises for the execs to go with the bonus handouts.

Now they want more claiming that can`t afford us. Isn`t that what they said the last time around?

What happens the next time? Work for free? Or do we pay them for the right to work for Hostess?

When does it stop?

This company has screwed over all of their employees for so long. My mother has put 25 yrs into the company. For the first 22 she was non union then they closed a store she worked at sent her to another one n closed that one. She traveled a hour away to work. Then they told her she had to join the union if she wanted to work there. So she did and then they said she was at the bottom of all other employees even though they only had 10 yrs in. She lost all her time n is called only having 3yrs w the company. Because she had to join a union. She has more time then any other worker in all the stores in our state. The big kick in the ass to her came when they said all the other girls get there pensions but she don't cuz she was only in the union for 2the yrs.. fuck the fact that she worked n busted her ass for 25the yrs n now had nothing to show for it. At someone her age and all workers of her age what are they supposed to do? She like other workers took a cut in pay paid more in union dues for what? Isn't a union supposed to protect your job and not let the CEOs etc get richer. If it wasn't for all the employees busting there asses where would all them ppl be

Here in Knoxville recently, a BB&T was robbed by a 60 or 70 year old man. I seriously doubt he is an immoral career criminal. I honestly think he has probably worked his entire life and then robbed of entire pension and possibly his home. Desperate people make desperate choices. Bankers are Nazis. Now I am not even sure if my child will have health insurance through what used to be an excellent place to work. This all goes hand in hand, haves and have nots.

Here's the funny thing about this, most guys out here think that wonder bread and hostess guys are assholes. For the longest time they were the most arrogant guys on the market, nothing could stop them. Then came the first bankruptcy, that knocked them down a notch. Their sales plummeted after that, losing sunbeam and all. Now a days they are even more jaded, these people hate their jobs. They are certainly the most miserable people in the industry. There product line is NOTHING special in it. Everybody has what they have, but even better. It is quite apparent that IBC guys are insanely jealous of their competitors. Also, some of these guys out here suck at their jobs. They are not aggressive salesmen at all. They just want to collect a paycheck and go home. Io's bust their ass to make a living. And a living we make. Being in a BREAD union now a days makes no sense. This is not a skilled job, anybody can do it if you have the will to SELL! I don't have much good to say about these people, don't take it out on your competitors, it's not their fault. If you were on the titanic, and you knew it was sinking years ago, wouldn't you have tried to find a way out by now? I thought so. The smart ones did. Some of them work for us now.

From one moron to another, our thrift store prices are cheaper then any of the grocery stores. The reason our thrift stores are losing money is because we stop selling fresh and started selling returns which only have about 2 to 3 days date left on them. People have told us that all we sell is crap any more and they don't to buy it. As far as people paying more for union products that is totally bull our prices stay neck and neck with Stroehmann and any other brand in the grocery store. This company put themselfs under not union wages. Union contracts don't allow for 200% raises like the excutives gave themselfs.

You must be a secure excutive, and this is probably what this company is hoping for. Now they can change there name yet again bring in there immigrants work them to death and pay them peanuts. That way you can steal all the company money you want. You make it sound like all immigrants are stupid, you better hope you don't hire one with a little intelligence you might get your ass hung out to dry. Bigot!!

Oh good. Union name calling...one of theusual thug tactics.
Let me explain something to you. You are unskilled. Anyone can do your job. People would gladly do your job for less than half what you are being paid.
The perty is over. You got too greedy.
Now go figure out how you will exist on welfare because that is your future
