Where is Bill today? There are a number of his Lilly friends who are just as nasty....the Indianapolis Meanies. No kindness, synpathy, or condolence from them...to us, who have to suffer our whole lives thanks to Zyprexa. I will never stop grieving my loss; a wonderful, talented, son who was my heart. And those who lived - look what they have to put up with - diabetes and other complications. Not only did Lilly "add on" who got Zyprexa, giving it to the elderly with dementia (MANY deaths - so many the FDA finally did something for a change and put a blackbox warning) but that other vulnerable group - children. CHILDREN!!! I've heard a study from Vanderbilt that two mil. children are on this dangerous, lethal junk and they are dying, too.

So Bill and friends, think it over in the dark of the night. Is this what you want your lives to be about?

Look at the thousands who have died already and didn't even know Zyprexa caused their deaths. Bill needs to put his money where his mouth was and take himself some Zyprexa, then he can join the game till then......... You know.

Zyprexa targeted by AG's for Criminal Fraud

Utah Latest state to sue Eli Lilly in developing "Viva Zyprexa" Scandal.

Side effects to Zyprexa can include high blood sugar levels, acute weight gain and pancreatitis, according to the lawsuit.

"Utah has paid millions of dollars for inappropriate and medically unnecessary doses of Zyprexa. As a result, Lilly has been illegally enriched at the expense of the State," the lawsuit said.

The state is seeking civil damages and penalties, including $5,000-$10,000 for each prescription that was "not medically necessary."

Lilly also faces lawsuits filed by attorneys general of Alaska, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia alleging that it marketed Zyprexa for unapproved uses or hid the risks of weight gain and diabetes.

They go after Haszard because he can speak his mind. If we all do not get paid soon I am going to speak mine. We agreed on certain stipulations and as I see it Not one person has been done "right" on this issue. NOT ONE!!!The only ones done right were the Lawyers and they damn sure have kept their mouths shut.

Bill is right. My friend is a mindless robot, thanks to Zyprexa. Half the time when I see him at work he is aimlessly walking around like a zombie. His eyes look like he is possessed by a space alien, and when I say someting, he looks shocked and like he hasn't slept in weeks, although he sleeps 12 hours a night. He has stopped going to the gym and is constantly complaining how tough his job has gotten, although he is down to 25 hours a week. He says that because his 15mg Zyprexa costs $15 a pill, it has to be "good". About a month ago I found out about he connection between Zyprexa and diabetes and other deadly conditions. I have been trying to get him to stop taking Zyprexa, which he has been on for over 4 years, and he just has a blank look on his face when I tell him about the dangers of Zyprexa. Obviously he is dependant on the crap and is under it's spell.

Thousands have died,and Lilly STILL denies that the drug causes diabetes.I’m a native of Indiana and have known knowledge of Eli Lilly as to what it was in the 1970’s now one community that was once owned by citizens of west Indy. Elizabeth and Frank, It is unwise to take your lives over Zyprexa. Your lives are worth more than that. Do you believe in God? Well God said "Vengence is mine and I shall repay". It just is not worth it. Please reconsider this. Nothing can change the past, but, we can use the past to make things better for the future. Just PRAY.

ARE "YOU" IN THE 8000 GROUP OR THE 2700 GROUP?? If so u may be entitled to money from the EIF fund. There was only a small % of persons that qualified for the EIF. The millions left over belongs to the claimants..CALL UR ATTORNEY!!!!
The money should be distributed to the claimants instead of laying in the bank drawing interest for The Special Masters..."This only applies to the 8000 n' the 2700 groups"....
